CNI's Stroke Specialists are
happy to discuss your individual case with you. For an appointment, please

a Doctor" database to locate a specific physician.
At the CNI NeuroHealth Center
To make an appointment at the CNI NeuroHealth Center for an individual
stroke risk assessment or benefits checkup, or certain types of therapy,
call 303-597-1724.
Stroke Rehabilitation
With the help of funding from the Spalding Community Foundation, the
CNI NeuroHealth Center provides: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy,
Speech Therapy by licensed therapists to stroke patients who do
not have medical insurance or have exhausted their rehabilitation benefits.
To qualify the patient must:
- have had a stroke
- be medically under-insured or noninsured
- meet functional screening criteria established by the physical,
occupational and speech therapists.

Benefits Checkup
Developed by the National Council on the Aging, BenefitsCheckUp helps
people ages 55 and over to find programs that may provide assistance
with the costs of prescription drugs, health care, utilities, and other
essential items or services. Participants receive a customized report.

Individual Stroke Risk Assessments
- Stroke risk questionnaire and computer profiling tool allows a
person to view the impact of multiple risk factors and interventions
as related to an individual’s stroke risk.
- Blood Pressure check and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculations.
- Education of stroke risk factors and stroke symptoms.
- Screening is non-invasive and no pre-preparation required.
- The screening/education takes approximately 30 minutes and is free.
